Can I try LynxTrac before paying?
Yes — all paid plans include a 14-day free trial so you can test features risk-free. The Free Forever plan is available immediately and does not require a trial.

What if I exceed my server or user limits?
If you exceed your plan limits you can either upgrade to the next plan or request additional users/servers as an add-on. Contact sales and we’ll help you choose the most cost-effective option.

How is billing handled?
Prices shown on the site are monthly equivalents. Most plans support monthly billing, but the Basic plan requires annual billing (12-month commitment). Annual billing gives a “2 months free” equivalent — the site shows the annual-per-month equivalent when you toggle to Annual.

What about add-on users and custom features?
Add-on users and custom features (integrations, onboarding, etc.) are available on request. Contact our sales team for pricing and delivery estimates.

Can I change or downgrade my plan later?
Yes — you can scale up or down. Downgrades will be applied at your next renewal so your existing billing period is not interrupted.


Inactive Free Accounts:
Free accounts with no login activity for 30 days will have devices automatically deactivated.
If inactivity continues for 7 more days, devices and data will be permanently deleted.
