Refunds policy

  • Applicability
    • This Refund Policy applies to all users of LynxTrac who purchase a paid subscription plan.

  • Free Trial / Free Plan

    • If you use LynxTrac under a free plan or a free trial period, no payment is made — hence no refunds apply.

    • If you upgrade from free to paid and later cancel before the end of the billing cycle, refund eligibility is determined according to the terms below.

  • Refund Eligibility

    • Refunds may be issued only if you cancel the subscription within 14 days of the start date of the subscription period (or renewal date), and provided you have not used more than a nominal amount of services during that time (e.g. no more than 1–2 devices monitored, minimal data ingestion — at our discretion).

    • After 14 days (or after substantial usage), the subscription fee becomes non-refundable because the service has been provided.

    • For prepaid multi-month or annual subscriptions: if canceled within 14 days of payment and minimal usage, a pro-rated refund for the unused portion may be considered at our discretion. Otherwise, the full amount is considered earned and non-refundable.

  • How to Request a Refund

    • Submit a refund request by contacting support at contact@lynxtrac.com (or through the support contact method provided on your account dashboard).

    • In your request, state your account email, subscription type, date of purchase, and reason for requesting refund.

    • We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and inform you if your request is accepted or rejected.

  • Refund Processing

    • If approved, refund will be issued to the original payment method or, if not feasible, as account credit — at our discretion.

    • Refund processing may take up to 30 calendar days from approval.

    • Any payment processor or bank charges associated with refunding (if applicable) may be deducted.

  • Non-Refundable Situations
    Refunds will NOT be granted if:

    • The 14-day refund window has passed;

    • You have used more than the nominal service (multiple devices, heavy data or log ingestion, feature usage);

    • You purchased add-on services or one-time services that have already been delivered;

    • You request refund after service termination or account deletion;

    • Refund is requested for free plan usage.

  • Modifications to Refund Policy
    We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases; existing purchases will be subject to the policy in force at the time of purchase.
